Copilot - your friendly assistant
The processes in your own company often don't seem easy, especially if employees only use certain processes infrequently. Finding the right forms or information in the company's folder and file structures is like searching for the proverbial needle.
The result is usually a request by email or phone to the person responsible in HR, which distracts them from their actual core tasks. With an AI agent from Microsoft 365 Copilot, organizations can remedy this situation. Setting it up in the Copilot Agent Builder is simple, but requires very precise instructions to be issued (“prompting”).
Baggi Bot knows (almost) everything
In the latest Baggenstos video, Manuel Brändle explains how to set up the co-pilot agent using the example of the “Baggi Bot”, which is currently being developed and trained internally (available only in German). This agent specializes in providing information and searches through the company's database. An example: If an employee wants to book a Mobility vehicle, the Baggi Bot presents easy-to-understand instructions that can be followed step by step.
The Baggi Bot can also be addressed specifically within M365, so it is available wherever employees are currently working.
